Pilates

NOTE-Membership is required to register for this class, please visit our packages & membership page prior to registration to obtain class credits.

Reformer, Mat & Chair apparatus are incorporated in our classes so that you have a complete body workout as well as master the Pilates method of movement. For variety and overall health we combine additional functional movement modalities like Barre, TRX & Brrrn lateral slide board into our group classes. Improving your longevity never felt so good!
