Our instructors focus on safe alignment, controlled movement, and gradual progression — ideal for those with back, joint, or postural issues, or anyone returning to exercise after a health setback.
Reformer, Mat & Chair apparatus are incorporated in our classes so that you have a complete body workout as well as master the Pilates method of movement. For variety and overall health we combine additional functional movement modalities like Barre, TRX & Brrrn lateral slide board into our group classes. Improving your longevity never felt so good!
