The Plan 8 week course Bundle

8-week customized nutrition and fitness course, The Plan, is designed to reduce inflammation, restore digestive function and eliminate foods that trigger health issues.

This course includes:

Initial Consultation-60 minute health and wellness assessment to assist in applying The Plan to your unique health needs.

Food Plan-An outline of foods that will support your individual wellness needs. Menu ideas and recipes to help you stay on track.

One on one coaching-meet weekly with Functional Nutrition Coach to assess response to food plan and fitness regime.

Fitness-during your consultation objectives to increase strength, mobility and longevity will be laid out. Access to group classes and 1 personal training session are included during your course.
