Pilates Rehab

This class designed for individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions that affect mobility, strength, or balance. Each session moves at a slower pace with tailored modifications and guided support to help you rebuild stability, improve movement patterns, and regain confidence in your body.

Reformer, Mat & Chair apparatus are incorporated in our classes so that you have a complete body workout as well as master the Pilates method of movement. Improving your longevity never felt so good!
