Beginner Pilates Series – 6 Week Instructional Course

New to Pilates or looking to build a stronger foundation? Our 6-Week Beginner Pilates Series is designed as an instructional course to help you learn the fundamentals in a supportive, small-group setting.

Meeting Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm, this progressive series will teach the core principles of Pilates while helping you become comfortable with the studio equipment and movement patterns. Each week builds on the last, giving you time to practice proper form, understand the exercises, and develop confidence in your practice.

This series is ideal for anyone brand new to Pilates, returning after time away, or wanting a deeper understanding of the method before stepping into regular classes.
At the end of the course, participants will be ready to transition smoothly into one of our ongoing membership options and continue building strength and consistency in their Pilates practice.
